Wilbergs has been manufacturing high-quality prefabricated bathroom modules since 2011 for residential, hospitality and care environments. Built and finished in controlled factory conditions, each bathroom can be completed to the specification of the project - from surfaces and sanitaryware to lighting, fittings and cabinetry. This means consistent quality across every unit, whether the project requires ten bathrooms or several hundred.
Each module is built around a welded frame of heavy-duty square-section steel, a patented Wilbergs construction designed to hold its shape through transport, craning and years of intensive use. Everything inside is fitted and finished in our factory, where quality can be checked at every stage before the module leaves production. What arrives on site is a complete bathroom, ready to be lifted into position and connected to the building services. Less work on site means fewer trades to coordinate, more predictable quality and a faster installation process. Plug&Play.

Strength
The Wilbergs construction is unique. The entire steel frame structure is made with heavy square steel that is welded together.
Flexibility
Our unique steel construction offers many possibilities, different geometries and architectures. Wilbergs can for example be designed with sloped ceilings and glass walls.
Comfort
Wilbergs can be fitted with our own toilet extraction system, which removes odour at source. It connects to the existing ventilation and needs no maintenance or extra connection.

Wilbergs Care
Wilbergs Care bathrooms are developed for people with disabilities, care facilities, nursing homes and other assisted-living environments. Each bathroom is planned around the needs of its users, supporting both everyday use and future adaptation as those needs change.
Additional ceiling height allows for the installation of overhead equipment, including ceiling-mounted rails for patient lifts. The patented Wilbergs construction is built to withstand intensive daily use, with high-quality healthcare equipment and fittings integrated throughout.

The figures above are documented in SINTEF Technical Approval TG 20217. Sound and thermal insulation are designed for each project, and the modules are engineered in accordance with the building regulations of the country in which they are delivered.
