Houses
From a single home to an entire development, Wilbergs has been building off-site since 2006 using two systems: modular, where complete rooms arrive already built, and element, where walls, floors and roofs arrive as finished panels. Both are manufactured in our own factory in Lithuania and can be made weathertight on site within days. With careful planning, production of the house can begin while groundwork is still underway, allowing both processes to run in parallel and significantly reducing the overall construction time.
It’s simply a better way to build. Timber never sits out in the rain, every element is cut to the same precise tolerances, and each trade follows the next in a fixed sequence – with no subcontractors to chase. You decide how far we take it: from a weathertight shell to a nearly finished home with Wilbergs parquet underfoot, cabinetry fitted and, if you choose, a prefabricated Wilbergs bathroom. Our modules are SINTEF certified, meeting rigorous standards for quality and performance, and every house is built to meet the standards and requirements of the country it is delivered to.
Modular Houses
Your rooms arrive finished. Complete three-dimensional modules leave the factory with floors, walls, plumbing, wiring and finishes already in place, then lift straight onto the foundations and connect up. With most of the build done before the house reaches the plot, site time collapses and the programme no longer lives or dies by the weather. Module size follows what can be transported, which shapes the plan.
Element Houses
Freedom to build what you drew. Large wall, floor and roof elements come out of the factory with insulation, windows and doors already fitted, delivered in the order they go up and erected in days. Because nothing has to fit inside a transportable box, the architecture opens up. Long spans, tall ceilings and complex rooflines are all on the table. Add a Wilbergs prefabricated bathroom and the wet rooms arrive ready too.
